      Pros

      The coworkers, especially the UK side are all excellent, those won't be around much longer it seems. Wednesday breakfast - wait... that is gone now. Monthly bowling - wait... that is gone now. Summer party - I wouldn't hold your breath.

      Cons

      Senior US management that doesn't understand their teams. Unequal pay inside the company as well as significantly lower than industry standards. Lack of job security, they will discard people and teams without understanding what they do. Unmanageable workload which is only getting worse as teams are expected to do more with less.

      Pros

      Fair Pay for labor done.

      Cons

      Management does not understand what the products they sell are. They are out of reach with who does what in the company. They have reduced headcount 3 times in 2 years. 20% 10% 10%. They over sell and under deliver. Selling redundant processing but the manual failover is such a long process. In some cases none existent.
