Toxic environment because of senior management and when i say toxic i mean it.
Toxic environment can affect ur productivity and less motivation to work.
Very strict rules on punching in time if you fail to come before 10:15 they will cut ur half day, they won’t consider no matter how far u stay. If ur out of CL they cut ur salary, this is very bad.
Biasedness in team from sr management.
You’ll be humiliated for no reason.
