Salary paid on time, colleagues are generally okay.
Cons
Too many to list. Includes unprofessional management that keeps requiring people to have face to face discussion, ignoring Singapore government rules on covid19. Management got the project without knowing requirements and timeline, have the cheecks to tell employee that client caused all these troubles. During interview, mentioned willing to sponsor development courses but turned to deaf when asked for subsidies. Expect consultant to get feedback from client when it is the job of management as consultant do not know what are the questions to be asked and there is conflict of interest. Did not sponsor for my development course but expect me to provide training of what i have learned to the team, which is a free rider mentality.
