Needs a radical culture shift - Planner NOACA Employee Review

Be very skeptical if you are considering working here. I regret not being better informed of the internal culture before accepting my position. My opinion is that if you want to feel like you are making a difference and contributing to great work, don't work at NOACA until the executive director leaves and some of the high level leaders go with her. It's an increasingly unbearable environment, really toxic and backwards. Morale is very very low.
