Pros

The staff that actually complete the work are very knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. They take the time to explain things in a clear manner. You will gain a lot of experience and knowledge from talented experienced engineers.

Cons

There is a complete disconnect between management/owners and the staff. They do not seem to know what the workers are doing / the volume of work they complete. Ethically the company is appaling - it is the view of management that you should be grateful to have a job, not that they should be grateful for having you. The company also makes some unethical choices with the way the business is ran financially. Huge carbon footprint from flying around the world a lot for meetings that could easily be comlpeted remotely,

For those that have difficulty self-starting, the lack of continuous oversight can be a challenge.
