      Flexible schedule, good work life balance, there is not too much of supervision.

      Cons

      Very cutthroat. They don't care about or value employees. You are only an entrepreneur on their payroll. You are expected to make miracles arrive with no help from anyone. The environnement is like a clique in secondary school. Do not expect any help or guidance if you work here. You can maybe make some quick money here but you will not have chances to have a better career.
