      Not much other than you can work from home and no time tracking

      Cons

      The president is the worst. He is killing the paper which is so sad as the content is ok and could be unique with real management and structure.

      flexible schedule close to home, family

      Cons

      owner cares only about printing magazines and not correct spelling, grammar, or advertiser wishes owner takes big clients away from ad reps and claims them as house accounts unqualified family members given jobs and others required to do their work
