      Pros

      There are any projects - that assists a global company - that use new technology like AI, IoT There are many Engineers who have enough business knowledge to improve customer's business flow.

      Cons

      There are also many Engineers who don't have enough knowledge and passion.(This tendency applies most of large enterprise) Employee can get enough experiences about Project Management, System Engineering, Application Development, Outsourcing. But on the other hands less about IT consulting. So that employee can not have chances to interact with executives.

      Pros

      You get insight on how Japanese works, and their methodology. Also, the training system is well organized.

      Cons

      Old technologies. And you have to bare with the Japanese style overtime, which means you basically work everyday!
