Pros

Outside of upper management, great people who truly believe in public health.

Cons

The leadership's communication style is characterized by a lack of transparency and an unwillingness to address employee concerns. Important information is often withheld, leaving employees in the dark about organizational changes and decisions that directly impact their work. This lack of transparency fosters an environment of distrust, further contributing to the overall negative workplace culture. Minimal encouragement or avenues for career development. Lack of mentorship, clear career paths, and training programs. The workplace is marred by favoritism, creating a toxic atmosphere where those in positions of power enjoy undue privileges, while the rest of the team is left feeling undervalued and overlooked. The lack of a fair and inclusive promotion process has created a sense of demotivation among employees.

Pros

Good people The right intentions Could be the best

Cons

Business units managing their own P&Ls and not backed by leadership to invest in impactful solutions. Its very apparent that everyone is playing cover their own situation. Growing pressure from the top in the midst of nothing but change.
