      Christmas leave and salary sacrifice

      Cons

      Poor, unprofessional, and toxic management staff. Bullying culture. No salary review process. Initiative and ambition get knocked down. Major changes are handled poorly. Lack of investment in staff or development. No career progression.

      Pros

      People based out of head office are true rural-focused people. They do a great job and support the commuinities they are part of.

      Cons

      Really poorly managed. Most (if not all) have NEVER lived in rural Australia. The culture from the top is poor and creates a really bad working environment.
