      Good intention of the president. Family company. Good people. Good for new beginners.

      Too small. They don't understand what is take for get involve software development. They don't have any intention to invest on that area either. Family company.

      Pros

      Amazing CEO, great exposure to executives, and a lot of opportunity to learn. Would possibly work better as a good internship.

      Cons

      The salary is quite horrible for software development, especially considering that it was a one man software development department for a good size client base. It is hardly livable for the amount you work. You have to be available for 7 days a week to keep up with random demands from these businesses, which can turn into 80+ hour weeks.
