      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Great people to work with. Marketing group works well together. New leadership will hopefully stay the same for more than a year.

      Cons

      Lots if changes through mergers and acquisitions over the last 5 years. Appreciation of hard work could be noticed and appreciated.

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
