      - Paid well - Fantastic coworkers and direct manager - Opportunity to travel - Excellent work/life balance - Good place for an engineer late in their career

      - Pay varies greatly between groups - Poor benefits package (<1% 401k cash match - not to exceed $750) - Out of touch leadership - Poor collaboration between groups at times - Not great for someone early in their career

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
