      Pros

      One pro - Remote work.

      Cons

      Very low salary, given stock, but after six months and then fully vested after three years. No bonus. My direct VP changed three times in 2 1/2 years. Most of the team left our department / NV5 after two years.

      Pros

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Cons

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
