      Interesting and dynamic work great office culture and local senior management in oregon remote/hybrid flexibility diversity groups

      Cons

      must be working two steps above your level to be promoted one step up unclear expectations of job roles no 401k or pensions constant buys and mergers make the work harder and increase pressure from upper management

      The office staff cares about employees, the staff is very caring about eachother, lots of after-work activities, good and honest work, managers are attentive to needs, and there are plenty of opportunities to move up the ladder.

      Sometimes I'd rather be at work than at home.
