Pros

I really not sure what to put here, I guess the pay if okay.

Cons

My goodness, where do I start. The management in the Dallas location is something that I have never experienced, they treat their employees like hot garbage and don't even allow you to go to the bathroom when you need too, lol, not kidding. The people in charge here are idiots and they racial and gender profile here. I know it seems crazy but they get away with it. Stay away from this place and if you work here, you will never get that wasted time back from your work career.

First, thank you for taking the time to express your feedback and frustration. While we always appreciate feedback and opportunities to improve. We would like to provide some relevant facts about the NWH culture: 1) Our Customer Service team has a positive, engaging, and hardworking team culture. Despite its size, there has been no turnover on that team in more than a year. 2) NWH offers a hybrid work schedule to provide flexibility and to support work life balance. Our Customer Service team members work from home two days a week. 3) Team members are absolutely encouraged to take breaks and socialize with each other in either of our two break areas. These areas include refrigerators, seating areas, flat screen TV’s and a ping pong table. 4) NWH provides additional perks such as office snacks, coffee, tea, sodas, company events and meals at the events. 5) Finally, our team is encouraged to volunteer their time. This year the Dallas team (located in Frisco, TX) has volunteered over 413.25 hours. NWH is mindful of team member's personal time, most of that time was completed during business hours. Hope this helps! NWH

Pros

You have the option to work from home on Mondays and Fridays. Many people have side gigs.

Cons

Pay and benefits are slightly below standard. The company culture feels like a group of disconnected strangers—a few, very tenured employees mixed with a large number of new people. Silo mentality and DEI are everywhere—a lot of finger-pointing and unchallenged assumptions about how work is done.
