      Pros

      Very family oriented place of work, my call center team all supports one another. Hours are great, I wish we had more over time opportunities, pay is fair. Benefits are amazing offer 401k. I’ve been remote for 2.5 years and love it.

      Cons

      Not technically permanently remote. No overtime, annual bonus is not guaranteed.

      They overwork staff, no transparent communication, no consistency, clear favoritism shown, upper management does not appreciate your hard work
