-Personally there were no cons for me but the company doesn't offer remote which may not work for some people

Once in sales, there is an unlimited max on how much commission you can make. You have the freedom to build your own business, while benefitting from the resources that the company had built over the years.

There isn't a ton of room for growth in terms of job titles - for me, I felt like sales was the only place that I could go to feel like I was growing in my career.
