I have been given a great opportunity to work at Naka with so many people that I can learn from including the CEO. The company strives to be the best at providing services and new technology. There is a good work life balance at the company. Onsite parking.

Pros

Offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience across all facets of a network without prior background, the lack of structured support makes it a "sink or swim" environment

Cons

- Culture demands no breaks and consistent overtime without professional recognition, reflecting a fundamental lack of respect for employee time outside the office and offer no appreciation for the personal sacrifices made to meet their demands. - Management treats staff like children- mandating that no one leaves the office until every ticket is updated under threat of weekend shifts - Management maintains a dismissive and unprofessional tone with staff, often meeting 14-hour workdays with hostility rather than flexibility. Minor tardiness on the next day is met with reprimands instead of appreciation for the previous day’s sacrifices - The high turnover rate is a direct result of management pushing out crucial talent for sub-par staff they now defensively protect to cover their hiring mistakes
