An incredible amount of work and no time to do it. In support, you feel like everyone else in the company is playing games and leaving early while you work away. Expect nepotism and retribution as HR is absent. The pay is abysmal, you'll need that overtime to survive. Someone also advised you get free parking. This is not the case. Despite the office being inside a parking garage, it's $75 a month to park there, $50 of which the company will pay for. So, you're still out $25 a month. Forget about parking in the area, too. If you drive, you better get a spot in the garage.
