My experience at Nap Chief was deeply disappointing and riddled with unprofessional practice. The work culture is highly micromanaged with, little to no autonomy and communication from the co-founder was often inappropriate, including instances of not just limited to shouting and excessive control over minor decisions but also insecure behaviour. The salary mentioned in the offer letter was also not matching the actual disbursements, and there was no clear resolution for the same. The Full and Final settlement was also equally problematic, involving unfair deductions and expectations to sign acknowledgement stating salary has been credentialed when in fact the process had not even been started. Job security is nonexistent, with shifting expectations and no long-term structure in place. In a very limited duration I have seen a number of employees joining and leaving company ranging from as short as less than 1 week to 1 month, even 1 day. Even basic employee needs like vehicle parking are treated as personal expense showing lack of regard for employee welfare. Overall, the company lacks transparency, professionalism and fair treatment making it highly discouraging place to work.
