Pros

Coworkers and management are easy to get along with. The work itself is interesting and in a unique field, and the pay is nice. All in all a great job-- there is a high workload but that provides an opportunity for billable work.

Cons

It's extremely important that all trial preparation and casework is completed at a certain standard therefore, employees must have a strong work ethic and are expected to work with precision and accuracy. Could be a con if you want an easy job.

Pros

Work 8-4:30, vacation time and family and medical leave very flexible. Great pay, good co-workers (mostly). Management very willing to work with you on concerns.

Cons

Lots of multitasking. If you're quick and good and moving between projects it's great but it can wear you down after a while. It's a very small company so if you get along easily with others it's great, but if you like to start drama (like some of the previous co-workers who posted) it can get miserable quickly. Only offer healthcare reimbursement, not an independent healthcare plan although they do offer an IRA and match program.

Pros

The work is interesting and provides an insight to a world most people never see.

Cons

The company says you will make 68k/year at least as a tech. They dont tell you that that only happens if you can get enough billable work to make at least 90% billable. If you are under 70% they steal all of your billable money and assign it to the company and pay you 15$/hour. The environment from management is the most hostle environment I have ever worked in my career. The CEO has disciplinary meetings every two weeks that destroy at least one unfortunate individuals will to live. They advertise having 401k and health benefits but they have a menial IRA and only give you 100$ dollars a month for health insurance. A family plan generally runs above 500$/month so it doesn't count as a health benefits if you do the math. The CEO brings personal grudges to work and takes out his personal failures and shortcomings in the court room on his employees. He fires people right before Christmas and then sends them a bill for the training he sent them too. The direction that employees receive from the CEO is not consistent and any errors he makes in company decisions fall on the technicians. He forces you to work on his personal non-work related projects and it counts as non-billable and forces you below the 70% cut off on billable pay so you only make 15$/hour. Don't believe the one good review on this company. He was forced to put it there by the CEO. Trust your instincts and give this company a wide berth.
