Pros

They really care about employee engagement. You can be moved to remote work once you show proficiency at your role. Flexible schedules.

Cons

Pay is low with little space for career growth even after several years. Benefits are below average. Raises are terrible, max 2.5% yearly increase. There are no other pay incentives even for top performers. Let's be honest, NCP has no interest in keeping high performing employees. It is bitter-sweet that leadership will do just about anything for you BUT pay you a livable wage.

IT support is not good for internal customers

Cons

Health insurance is not too good and very small company.Not too much transperancy about new products and features.
