Pros

Great Money No physical labor Great Training Travel Opportunities Pretty Easy job when things are going well. Friendly staff, managers, and fun culture.

Cons

Keeping up with sales goals can be difficult at times. Limited leads at times can make life stressful. Long Hours and Many Days on the Lot. Can be even more grueling during show weeks. Sales agents have to fall on the sword when other departments don't do their job well which comes with an emotional cost to those who care about their customer's experiences.

Pros

Pay was good when there was enough leads and front end gross during Covid and post Covid. Sales team had a good culture when I was there before everyone quit. Good flats ($1000+)

Cons

Not a lot of leads and not a lot of gross. Broken consignment sales process that bleeds gross and results in a flat. Owner doesn’t believe in marketing other than Music City Motorhome Expo. Management was outspoken about political views. Company has the right to not pay you when you resign, and they will exercise that right, no matter how much money you made for them. Sales department was not profitable due to inexperienced desking managers giving up all gross to make a deal because there weren’t enough deals to go around due to lack of leads from lack of marketing.
