Pros
If you are okay with the exhaustion of working the MANDATORY 10+ overtime hours per week you will make enough to pay your monthly bills in one check. They offer health insurance, FSA and 401k if you're lucky enough to find a Dr that can schedule you for 8:00 pm on a weekday or Saturday after 2 which is the only time you'll be free.
Cons
Everything is fantastic and wonderful for the employees that work there 1-2 years but the moment the owners and upper management realize you've worked your butt off for more than 3 years and its almost time to give you a year evaluation and raise, they begin to endlessly harass you in an effort to force you to quit. Don't worry, if you don't quit, they'll put you on probation and lower your pay to $10 an hour every other month for one ridiculous reason or another. Once you work as hard as you can to get your pay raised again, they'll find another reason to lower it. Don't even think you'll ever make it to being employed with them for 5 or 10 years because if you don't quit, they'll fire you for some ridiculous reason. This place is a Human Resources nightmare. If a former employee hasn't sued them yet, its only a matter of time.
