You get matters immediately and expected to troubleshoot with minimal supervision. Great if you are a self starter and like being autonomous.
Cons
Can be very stressful and there’s a high turnover rate. Not great for continuity as you feel like you shouldn’t get too close to anyone as they are unlikely to survive long.
