Pros

Friendly coworkers and very rarely, understanding customers

Cons

You are not just a customer service representative, you are also accounts receivable, accounts payable, sales, and dispatch. This would normally be 5 different departments, but they call you a customer service representative and are expected to do everything for measly pay. The pay is not nearly worth it, McDonalds pays more to their cashiers. Magnolia takes the cheap way out. Also, make sure you sign up for benefits on time, because they wont remind you until a month has already passed and it is too late.
