Pros

None. The entire experience was dreadful from start to finish.

Cons

- Accepting this position was a huge mistake that I regret deeply. - Constant exhaustion and misery became part of daily life because of the so-called leadership. - Management was demanding, arrogant, and insufferably controlling. - Every interaction felt draining, as if dealing with them for even a few seconds could ruin your entire day.

Pros

This isn’t just another frontend role—it’s a place where my ideas actually matter. I’ve worked on projects that challenged me in the best way possible, and the feedback I get isn’t just helpful—it’s motivating. The team here? Top-notch. We laugh, we problem-solve, and we build amazing things together. Plus, the leadership really knows how to create an environment where you feel appreciated and supported every step of the way.

Cons

Adaptability is a must due to frequently shifting priorities

Pros

You should make a note of everything you see here. It will help you recognize and avoid red flags later in your career. Or you can simply trust my word that there are no pros to working here.

Cons

The people in the top leadership positions are horrible human beings. They fire employees for no reason or logic. It was ridiculous. It created an ambiance of terror. Employees felt that they could be fired at any time. The pay was also poor. It was far below expectations and didn't value the worth of any employee. It seemed like an awful joke when compared to the level of stress and pressure we endured every day. Things also changed constantly, and employees weren't kept updated on any vital changes. It shows arrogant leadership and a secretive attitude. Please avoid working here if you like transparency.
