New owners, new vision. LOVE THIS PLACE - Sales Consultant National Test Systems Employee Review

I have been with the company for over a year. I can say this place is by far the greatest place I have ever worked at in my 13 years of sales and consulting. I was hired by the new owners who are the most down to Earth, caring and motivational. Coming from my previous place of employment where there was nothing but negativity this place was the complete opposite. Most places will state positive environment and positive culture and are talking out of their butts (cant state bad language) just trying to get people to interview, I call that false advertising. Its been over a year and nothing has changed, the positive energy flows through the owner down to the employees. Most places will ask there employees to put good reviews in or even fake accounts to get there ratings increased... well no need here at NTS as its just amazing here. If you have the chance to work here take it.

Again coming from a past employer of pure negativity the only con I can say is the drive here... the traffic on I-95 going home can be terrible.

Could not believe the review from the former August employee and interviewee who obviously didn't get the job. The one owner who comes off in a bad manor, actually isn't. He is perfect for any thick skinned real sales person! You obviously take things too personal and should take his advice or comments as a form of training. I mean I have been in sales for 14 years and I always make serious money from bosses that actually contour you vrs train you and try to be your friend. I believe the methods of the owners are pure genius! Just wish I found this job sooner! Great salary start off and the ability to write your own check! No corporate bs only real down to earth say it like it is folks. So if your weak or fake this isn't the place for you. Also the interview with the phone calls was fun and interesting I mean a real sales person can sell a shoe lace and over the phone and make it sound like gold. That's what I did just winged it and made it. Engaged with whoever was on the line and followed the script and laughed as marbles fell out of my month but still made it thru!

None !!!! Hrs are great people are great and it has a good vibe
