      Pros

      Good things are: Really flexible schedule. Easy to teach because everything you have to say on classes is written in red. Good for beginners. And the stuff is nice and they will let you pass the interview fast and easy.

      Cons

      Really low salary. For foreign teachers it is average 1.3 us dollars per lesson,but it also depends on ratings you get from the students. I say per lesson because you will have tops 7 lessons daily,and that is if you spend all day on computer trying to get a student. You don't get anything for waiting.

      Pros

      Job opportunity for people who don't have a degree. They supply videos for you to familiarize yourself with the different lessons. Their communication has a quick turnaround.

      Cons

      Videos cannot actually prepare you for doing the actual lessons. Some sort of interactive system is needed to prepare teachers better for conducting the actual lessons. Communication method on the interface is a bit confusing - I cannot see which messages are unread-even when I toggle the icon to "unread messages"

      Pros

      1. Very flexible platform 2. No minimum hours required 3. mostly polite students 4. lesson material provided

      Cons

      1. The salary is pathetic and it is a shame they are still paying that same rate since they started. 2. They recently introduced a feature where you can adjust your rate but the requirements you should meet first are almost impossible to achieve. 3. very long waiting hours, too many teachers, very few students 4. a biased rating system that punishes teachers
