      Pros

      Co workers are friendly, good work/personal life balance, you get treated well if you travel (nice hotel room, good restaurants)

      Cons

      Very hostile work environment to be in. The owner is very inappropriate and continuously makes sexual or derogatory comments towards or about people (especially females). Expectations are set high and are unrealistic to what you can really do. Paychecks are sometimes delayed and there seems to be a trend of bonuses not getting paid on time.. or ever. Its funny how some people just happened to get laid off for no reason right before they are supposed to receive their bonus... just for him to hire someone new 2 days later. I don't know how much longer this company will survive in the future. With the way things are run to the negativity of the owner- it looks like this place will go under before you know it. The owner is more concerned about his own travel and vacation than paying his employees. seems they have decreased in the amount of events they do each year.. not to mention the amount of employees they had to lay off just to stay afloat.

      Pros

      Sadly, i have to move which is the reason i am departing from NNE. NNE has been a great learning experience for someone who came in with little sales knowledge. It is a great close team to surround yourself with and the boss is very understanding when life gets in the way.

      Cons

      I loved my coworkers so i wish we did some more team activities outside of the office!

      Few to none. The workplace culture and management issues overshadowed any potential benefits of the role.

      Cons

      The company has significant issues with workplace culture and leadership. In my experience, there were concerns regarding favoritism and nepotism, inconsistent professional standards, poor communication, and an expectation of frequent overtime. I also witnessed behavior that I felt was disrespectful and, at times, discriminatory. Employees were often spoken to in an unprofessional manner, creating a stressful and unsupportive work environment. I would not recommend this workplace to individuals seeking a respectful, collaborative, and professionally managed organization.
