Management is very understanding and clear in their communication. Objectives are clearly laid out and assistance is never withheld from making sure a job is well done. There is an eye for detail in every facet of the business, from the clients to the coworkers. One feels compelled to to give their best because of the dedication and care given by management.

In dealing with work for clients, the buck falls on coworkers to pick up the slack and make amends where possible. Management is very understanding of this but stern in their concern to make sure clients do not feel alienated or wrong.

As a contractor, NR allows me the flexibility to take on as much or as little work as I request. It is a small business, so team members collaborate closely together and there are many opportunities to learn and grow. The company culture is very laid back and hands off, while still providing support and guidance when needed. Base compensation for contractors is very generous. NR works with emerging industries, so it feels exciting to be at the forefront of something new.

The available workload is expanding so quickly it can be disorienting at times, but thankfully senior management is responsive and tries their best to make challenging concepts clear.
