Pros

I have been employed here nearly a year now. I all my many years, decades of experience, I have never experienced a company as committed to excellence in culture as is Native Path. Other companies speak about how great their culture is, but in many cases that is only lip service. It's the real deal here.

Cons

A few of the operating systems need to be upgraded.

100% remote work with great support from management. Provides resources and encouragement to live a healthy lifestyle. Great Pay. Great benefits.

Cons

Not enough cross collaboration between departments. I think each department would benefit from knowing more about how other departments work for the purpose of bettering our processes.
