Pros

I worked at Natural Cycles for more than 2 years and left for a different role but regret it. It’s a really great place to work and hard to beat.

Cons

I left due to higher salary elsewhere

Pros

My colleagues were some of the best ones I've had and it was so great to work together. Fortunately, they no longer work here and are onto better things.

Cons

The company presents itself as progressive and empowering but the internal culture tells a very different story. Leadership’s behavior frequently contradicts the values they promote. There’s a pattern of poor communication, favoritism, and a lack of professionalism that leaves people feeling isolated and unheard. Burnout is very common and rarely acknowledged or addressed in a meaningful way. I've witnessed people being bullied and 'management' making inappropriate, even offensive, comments in group settings. When these concerns were raised, the “solution” was to assume the best of those responsible. On a professional level, I felt management was terrible but on a personal level, they are not good people at heart. Employees are lied to, gaslit, and made to feel inadequate on a regular basis. Speaking up in any way almost always backfires, which is why most people don’t. There are no real opportunities for growth unless you’re among the favorites and major decisions happen behind closed doors, with zero communication to those most affected. It’s disheartening to see a company built around women’s health fail so completely at supporting the well-being of the women (and men) who keep it running. I wanted to believe in the vision of Natural Cycles and for a time, I did, but I cannot in good faith recommend this company as an employer, or even as a product.
