Pros
Great people in junior and mid level roles - really lovely team dynamic at these levels
Cons
Very high turnover of staff which increases the workload to unmanageable levels for current staff. Reasons for high turnover doesn't seem to be addressed by management and therefore retaining staff is a struggle.
