      Pros

      Fulfilling work with mostly great people and good office atmosphere, monthly barbeques in the summer are nice when you're not on site and are able to attend.

      Cons

      A few horrible bullies in the company that have the backing of management, scapegoat middle and junior staff for the failures of seniors and project managers, fail to address concerns of those not in favour. Forces you to work a lot of overtime and then denies you the pay or time in lieu.

      Pros

      Natural Power is full of smart, considerate, dedicated and professional people. I enjoyed working with everyone that I met, from management down. The benefits were generally good, if not "big tech company" levels. The culture is very welcoming and open, and I was given a lot of flexibility and autonomy.

      Cons

      Number of holidays and starting vacation days could be better, but it's not out of line for North American standards. Bonus structure is opaque.
