      If all you care is about making money, go for it. You will have a lot of work to do here.

      TOO MANY: Lack of safety measures for the employers, the Quality Department doesn't even represent their principles in the production area, the Management a joke, and barely anyone is accountable for their actions.

      Lots of Overtime Opportunities and it is alot of money to be made.

      Cons

      No room for professional Growth. Poor leadership from management. Employees are overworked and under appreciated. Below average pay compared to other food manufacturing companies.
