Pros
Company benefits and salary offered are decent. Fixed working hour and only OT when its required. Work-life balanced company and good stepping stone for fresh-grad as their first job.
Cons
Serious politics, bias, unfair and double standard in the department (actually affected the whole company). Unecessary condition imposed on the procedur of applying annual leave, micromanagement and communications carried out in an unprofessional way. Narrow minded HOD and not willing to try new changes,particulary no capability to train up new staff or new skill.
