Pros

The company had a great plan to use the google maps technology. They do not do background check or drug testing for employees. The interview process is very easy and the reviewer does not review the test provided. Most of their business is in Asia.

Cons

No 401k, middle of the road health insurance. No idea how to calculate OTE. No real sales leadership experience. Very transactional business with little understanding of the solution sales process (US team). The sales organization is not mature enough to know how to including sales engineering in the sales process.

The role requires wearing many hats across sales and execution, often limiting high-level strategic focus. Because formal processes are still being defined, you must be comfortable creating the structure yourself and finding or building your own resources most of the time.

Pros

Great Team to work with. Highly knowledgeable and great support structure. Lot's of exposure to great opportunities.

Cons

The nature of being a Google partner requires lot's of interactions with Google FSRs who are hit or miss in terms of helpfulness/agreeableness. This can make or break deals and can many times be a great point of frustration.
