Pros

- Lots of room for creativity and building from the ground up - Highly motivated, top performing folks who want to move the needle - Fast-paced and thoughtful about decision making - Leadership is approachable and pretty flat, non-hierarchical organization - Core to being successful at TA is to: want to invent/create/challenge the status quo/grow from feedback/take ownership/self-reflect/be OK with the unknown/be agile/have transparent conversations/contribute to the overall mission/teamwork at the core/build trust and keep it - exceeded my expectations as a company; the work and the work-life balance is great!

Cons

- still work to be done to get alignment and consistency across the globe and local teams - need for more inclusiveness on projects and company initiatives - needs more expectation setting on several levels: career growth, manager roles and expectations, up-level and more structure around process and standardization - more decisions based on data

Pros

Fast paced, plenty of room and opportunity to grow. Very good starting pay and ability to earn bonuses. Many remote work options. Strong culture and supportive leadership, with fun company events (like the Christmas party) that help people feel connected, even for the many remote employees.

Cons

The pre‑hire assessment is very strict and pass/fail. I’ve referred strong, experienced candidates who I know are good workers, but they did not pass the test and were not given the opportunity to move forward. It feels like the process may screen out some high‑potential talent who could otherwise thrive here.
