Pros
I have been working at Navatar for over 9 months, since the end of September 2014. Here are some of the pros, mainly focused on sales and the NYC office: - Great working atmosphere, very cohesive teams. It is also not all work; there are company outings every quarter, and happy hour every week - Ability to work and interact with every team and employee, including upper management - Navatar is very performance based; if you do well, you will be rewarded; if you don't, you will be given the opportunity to work on getting to where you need to be - You have the ability to manage your time and activities in order to achieve your monthly sales objectives - Management is receptive to new business ideas and proposals, and if approved will give you the resources to implement them. You have the option of taking on new or participating in existing projects
Cons
Our client base is growing rapidly, and we need to continue hiring a lot of people for the sales and support teams, even perhaps for the product development team, else we might run the risk of having too few people.
