Pros

Coworkers are caring, intelligent, hard working individuals. HSA match, 401k match (paid at the end of the year), good starting vacation benefits that you earn each pay period. When I wrote this a month ago, I was going to say it was a great job for entry level employees and that you should get your time in and move on. I will change that statement and say it is a risky job to have, but if you are entry level and wanting experience and don't mind the risk of being laid off at any point, go for it.

Cons

Layoffs every six months or so. Lots of valuable knowledge has been lost of the years with the constant layoffs. The company takes advantage of those caring, intelligent, hard working individuals and pushes extra work / roles / responsibilities on them. Raises are rare or never and employees are underpaid. Company always making bad business decisions and everyone suffers. Bonuses have been replaced with profit sharing - which will probably be 0.

Pros

Work-life balance, good career growth, and open to new ideas.

Cons

You may have to attend the meeting at odd hours that day, but that event isn't every day.

Pros

I worked with smart people who care about their job, our customers and each other.

Cons

Poor c-suite forecasting of sales, profits and EBITDA resulted in layoffs about every 2 years. Company is profitable, but not enough for the parent company, so already thin staffs get cut.
