      Pros

      I love my manager and coworkers. My team was full of extremely knowledgeable people and I was extremely pleased with my personal experience at this company. I felt like my pay was slightly lower than most but the additional benefits were pretty competitive.

      Cons

      I have seen how some of the management treats their subordinates and I am completely appalled. It is 2018...get with the times. No one talks to their employees like that anymore. Specifically, if you're looking for a job in finance/accounting stay away....people leave that team like clockwork due to the stressful nature brought on by poor management.

      Cons

      You may have to attend the meeting at odd hours that day, but that event isn't every day.

      Pros

      I worked with smart people who care about their job, our customers and each other.

      Cons

      Poor c-suite forecasting of sales, profits and EBITDA resulted in layoffs about every 2 years. Company is profitable, but not enough for the parent company, so already thin staffs get cut.
