Pros

Remote work. PTO isn't too bad.

Cons

It's been sad to see what has been happening at Nav over the last couple of years. The entire senior leadership team has completely turned over, and the leaders who cared about people are gone. The ones here only care about growing the business at any cost. Nav fired a bunch of people in February and then told those of us that were left that we're the "chosen ones". That's poor wording. That was told to us in a meeting where the CEO couldn't be bothered to attend. Really? You get rid of 20% of your people and you can't be there to talk to the ones that are left? Heartless. Then there was a launch of a "cultural manifesto". We're asked to be brave, which is a joke as if you mention any concerns things get made pretty difficult for you. This is a dying company.

Pros

None, really. Maybe for those who are not looking to progress: sitting on the bench while waiting for projects to realize and still getting paid. Some people even started their businesses while being unutilized. Of course, there is no job security, given the company only has 1 project/client.

Cons

Run, don’t walk. The company has no future. If you read the past reviews - it has been going downhill over the number of years, and it will not turn around, no matter what they tell you. There is a 1:1 ratio between consultants and management/internal staff, and the total count is 12(?) and going down. Instead of bringing new work, the focus lately (and always) has been on revising processes, internal initiatives, and other admin that has only added to company’s demise. There were 3 RIFs in 2025, and after each one they said it was the last one. There is no trust left. There is one partner left (now managing).
