Pros
- Great mission. Work you do helps cancer patients - There is a small, good part of the company, if you can find it and stick to it, you will be ok
Cons
- People are dispensable (they fired the Founder / CEO Gena Cook. She is suing the current CEO Bill and board for wrongful termination. ) - Huge amount of churn at every level. People get fired left and right. - Toxic work environment (other than small pockets of good teams)
