This is a great place to work. This company offers many great benefits. The culture at Navionics has completely changed since the Garmin acquisition. The negativity and sense of unapproachable hierarchy left during that time. We are now encouraged to develop and grow as individuals and professionals. Upper management is very supportive and treats each of us respectfully which is a value they encourage everyone in the organization to live by.
Cons
Unless you can find something negative about working with great people and enjoying where you work, I don't have a con to add here.
Generally interesting small company products.
If you can agree with whatever you are told to do no matter how little sense it makes or how wrong it is technically or marketwise, you can be happy here.
You won't have to exercise your brain but your work hours will be long.
If you are very calm and patient and don't really care about your work...this is a good place.
Cons
You work for Italian management. Read up on this before working here. You will not be able to comprehend what they think or how they work. Your time here will not be a plus on your resume or add positively to your experience level. Reputation of company in this industry is low - check it out by asking others in the industry if they would hire you after working here.
