Able to learn about how to handle and assist your customers when your laying and incompetent boss fells to provide basic airline service, and learn all the "don'ts" in the industry, so you don't embarrass yourself in the future.
Cons
Chinese manipulating mentality, use you and abuse you, no respect for your time off after work, zero/none benefits, salary based on W-9 to save him from paying taxes or benefits, unpaid travel time and overtime.
