Pros
Flexible and friendly work culture. People here are very helpful in nature. In my experience, I have not faced any bad behavior from anyone here. The company offers various health insurance packages to its employees and according to their comfort and need, the employees can choose out of it.
Cons
The company do not provide internet connection at home, you need to install your own router and internet connection set up.
