      The company has a good work culture and everything is good in the organization. It is safer and has plenty of opportunities to grow. Worker concerns are heard, considered and settled. The seniors guide us through difficult work.

      Cons

      Management team is a little bit messy and some of their processes need to be improved and needs to be employee friendly.
