Lot of pros 1. No work from home 2.No work life balance 3.less salary 4.discrimination 5.No proper Tech lead 6.No employee benefits (except 10 rupees chips and coffee) 7.You will get 1.5 leaves per month but you're not allowed to take it. 8.job description they will mention they have office in Hyderabad Or pune but reality they have one office in hyd.
